On Saturday 19th November – Vintage Barber Shop opens its doors for the first time to the public. The grand opening at 8 High Street, Warminster, BA12 9AE is celebrated with special pricing, and opening hours for its first day. Every cut will be £10 – and the shop will be open from 09:30 until 17:00.

Founded by local resident, and young entrepreneur Hiedi Rea the shop is expected to look, and feel different to other barbers in the area – a traditional vintage barber shop feel with a modern twist. The previous tenants of number 8 (Stitches 4 U) are unlikely to recognise the shop, as its had a face-lift and interior modernisation.

Hiedi has worked as a barber for over a decade, and in the last few years helped open a local shop in the area.

“Since being 16 I have always worked for other people – and while its been a challenge, it feels exciting to know I can be in charge of the way things are run. I can now put my own spin on things and set the standards. I cannot wait for the first customers to come through the door and see what we have created.”

The commercial space hasn’t stayed empty for long – and its always nice to see the high street shops filled, and not left empty. Vintage Barber Shop Warminster is positioned between Bloomin Krackers florists and Café Journal.

The regular opening times for the shop will be: Tuesday to Friday 09:30 till 17:00, and Saturday 09:30 till13:00. The shop will be closed on Sunday and Monday.
